What is this incredible role? 

As a Key Client Manager, you are responsible for our invitation-only network where the participants consist of C-level Executives from the largest companies in Norway. Your mission is to drive growth, establish new connections with CxO’s, build your network – and initiate a strong, personal and trusted relationship with your key clients. 

The work involves having a mandate over who gets an invitation and then further having personal contact with the invited top participants, this is mainly done by contacting potential prospects by phone and keeping that contact through personal scheduled meetings. 

You will be our one point of contact in all aspects to the clients. 

It’s an equal balance of the operational day-to-day tasks as well as more strategic outlooks after several years of building your network in the business – you need to be able to handle both aspects.

Who on earth qualifies for a job like this?


You! If you identify with the following: 

  • You are a recent graduate or someone with 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a working environment where you are used to working with measurable goals or quality requirements, and talking a lot with clients.
  • You come with a genuine "can-do" attitude and have found yourself to be pretty good at convincing others.
  • A business mindset is inside of you and at the same time, you are interested to learn every day more about the B2B world.
  • The thought of pursuing contact and communicating on the phone with high-level decision-makers doesn’t feel overly intimidating. You look forward to acing this!
  • You very much enjoy working with set goals and targets and learn how to influence others to take your suggested action.
  • You have professional Norwegian language skills and very capable of working proficiently in English.
