Are you a relationship builder with a passion for driving growth?
Management Events is seeking Key Client Managers and Network Growth Managers to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of high-level decision-makers.
How do these roles contribute to the company’s growth?
As a Key Client Manager, you will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing C-suite clients.
As a Network Growth Manager, you will identify and cultivate new relationships with C-suite executives.
What will you do?
- Identify and engage with high-level decision-makers in your target market market
- Initiate contact with C-level Executives by phone and on LinkedIn to excite them about our concept
- Demonstrate the value of our service and convince them to become part of our exclusive business network in personal scheduled videocall meetings
- Build strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives
- Learn more about their interests, investments plans and upcoming projects
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our network and build valuable relationships, by knowing your customers key challenges and focus areas
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of Management Events
What do we expect?
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Have a passion for connecting with key industry players and driving business growth
- Proactive approach and eagerness towards connecting with new clients and overcoming challenges
- Ideally experience in a commercial and/or client-facing role (e.g. hospitality, sales, customer service, etc.)
- Fluency in Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish and English
