We’re Looking for an Office Coordinator!

Do you thrive in a fast-paced office environment and take pride in creating a vibrant workspace? We are searching for a highly organized colleague to anchor our office operations in Amsterdam. Supporting 60 international colleagues, you’ll ensure seamless daily office practices, create a welcoming and structured environment, perform administrative tasks, and provide support to our colleagues! 

 

Your role: 

  • Operational Excellence:Manage all practical aspects of office administration; including meeting arrangements, travel bookings, and vendor communication of Amsterdam office, and remotely supporting German and Belgium offices 

  • Craft a Thriving Workplace: Cultivate a welcoming and inspiring environment for colleagues in Amsterdam 

  • Team Player & Culture Champion:Organize internal events, support onboarding new employees, and be a friendly point of contact for everyone. 

  • Eyes and ears at the office: providing information, answering questions, and responding requests 

  • Client Focus:Provide exceptional service to visitors, manage the switchboard and general emails efficiently, and represent the company professionally to external parties. 

  • Administrative Powerhouse: Handle administrative and finance tasks, i.e., invoice management, coordinating our benefits, and support other functions 

  • Office is your business card: keep office organized, representable and stocked

  • Holds fluency in Dutch and English (written & verbal) 

  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office 

  • Embraces the Operational Core:Enjoys the hands-on aspects of office management and takes pride in a well-run workspace. (No remote work possible due to the operational nature of this role.)
