We’re Looking for an Office Coordinator!

Supporting 60 international colleagues, you’ll ensure seamless daily office practices, create a welcoming and structured environment, perform administrative tasks, and provide support to our colleagues!
Your role:

Operational Excellence: Manage all practical aspects of office administration; including meeting arrangements, travel bookings, and vendor communication of Amsterdam office, and remotely supporting German and Belgium offices

Craft a Thriving Workplace: Cultivate a welcoming and inspiring environment for colleagues in Amsterdam

Team Player & Culture Champion: Organize internal events, support onboarding new employees, and be a friendly point of contact for everyone.

Eyes and ears at the office: providing information, answering questions, and responding requests

Client Focus: Provide exceptional service to visitors, manage the switchboard and general emails efficiently, and represent the company professionally to external parties.

Administrative Powerhouse: Handle administrative and finance tasks, i.e., invoice management, coordinating our benefits, and support other functions

Office is your business card: keep office organized, representable and stocked
