In our unique concept of virtual 1-2-1 meetings, they also meet innovative software or consultancy companies that can help them with their upcoming projects. 

As we continue to revolutionize business connections, we are searching for a B2B Client Executive (m/f/d) for our German market. In this commercial customer role, your mission will be to grow your personal/professional network with C-Level Executives and drive their growth. 


Your role:  

  • Target High-Impact Players: Leverage your communication skills to connect with key decision-makers in Germany via phone and LinkedIn. Introduce them to the unique value proposition of our exclusive business network. 

  • Unlock Exclusive Access: Become a gatekeeper to something truly special. You’ll meticulously qualify potential members to ensure our network remains invitation-only and free-of-charge, fostering a high-caliber community. 

  • Guide Them to Success: Through personalized video consultations, you’ll transform into a trusted advisor. Demonstrate how our network can help them achieve their business goals and propel them to new heights.

Here’s what sets you apart: 

  • A recent graduate or someone with 1-3 years of experience, eager to learn and grow within the dynamic world of B2B. 

  • You possess a natural confidence in approaching C-level Executives and the tenacity to convert them. 

  • You thrive on setting and achieving ambitious targets, influencing others with your insights and recommendations. 

  • The prospect of engaging C-suite executives excites you, and you’re ready to face every interaction. 

  • You have native-level German language skills and strong English proficiency. 

Recruitment process: 

  • First call to discuss more about the role, Management Events, and answer any possible questions you might have. In addition to this, getting to know who you are, what your experience has been, and what motivates you. 

  • Interview via video call: you will meet the hiring manager. There you can learn the specifics of the job. 

  • Final interview at the office: you will meet your potential team manager. Part of this interview will be a short simulation; you will receive the instructions before the interview so you can prepare.
