In our unique concept of virtual 1-2-1 meetings, they also meet innovative software or consultancy companies that can help them with their upcoming projects.

For the next step in our company’s growth, we are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our dedicated and highly motivated team. You will support IT and IT consulting companies in growing, work with B2B sales processes from A to Z, and receive attractive commissions in addition to a base salary for successfully closed deals!

What will you spend most of your time doing?

  • Prospecting: You search and filter potential new customers and build your customer portfolio.
  • Initial contact with potential new customers via phone calls, LinkedIn, emails, etc.
  • Qualifying potential customers: You evaluate whether they possess the characteristics that make them suitable for our service.
  • Solution Selling: You inquire about customer needs, advise them on our solution to their problem, and highlight the value of our meetings with C-level decision-makers.
  • Closing sales and building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Collaboration with other teams to achieve common goals.
  • Developing your knowledge of various industries and markets.
We hope you:

  • Are a proactive learner, communicative, and open team player.
  • Speak French fluently and are proficient in English. German is a bonus.
  • Have already gained experience in the Swiss market, preferably in B2B sales, or you bring strong B2C sales experience.
  • Are familiar with working according to KPIs and see them as motivator!
  • Feel enthusiastic about building your professional network, from initial contact to sales closure.
  • Enjoy building customer relationships.
