About the position:  

 

We are looking for a sharp, agile, and results-oriented Performance and Lead Marketing Managerto join our team, to increase awareness of Management Events services, and to generate leads from a variety of B2B service companies. Our customers are tech executives from the largest European enterprises, and technology solution providers across the world. 

 

As Marketing Manager, you contribute by enabling revenue operations to achieve set targets. You drive revenue growth by attracting companies to make their sales process effective with pre-qualified 1-2-1 meetings and creating brand awareness by participating as sponsors at our invitation only B2B tech events.  

 

You lead a team of 1-3 performance marketeers / marketing assistants and lead them to set results next to having clear individual contributor responsibilities. You work as part of the marketing team in KL, daily work is executing plans with the business teams in Europe. 

 

Responsibilities:  

 

Performance Marketing & Awareness Campaign Management: 

  • Ability to handle holistic B2B promotional campaigns from planning, to execution, to iteration and analyzing the results

  • Develop, execute and maintain performance marketing strategies to drive acquisition, lead generation and revenue growth across various social media channels ensuring all details and timelines are managed effectively

  • Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance against KPIs and ROI, focusing on customer-centric outcomes

  • Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track, measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify trends and generate actionable insights

  • Conduct continuous A/B testing and implement data-driven optimization to improve campaign performance, optimize marketing strategies, prioritizing actions best supporting business goals

  • Increase brand awareness and lead generation through SEO, organic, and paid social media campaigns. 

  

Collaboration and Reporting: 

  • Accountability of results of yourself and the team, proactively providing progress reviews of people and activities performance

  • Work directly with revenue operations to achieve set business targets; being on the pulse of the business

  

What would make you successful in this role?  

  • Some years of experience in similar role/s within B2B, working with European market

  • In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytic

  • Understanding of SEO principles, familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console and other SEO tool

  • Solid business English skills and experience in B2B marketing copywritin

  • Organized and disciplined, spinning multiple plates without losing focus drives you

  • Analytical and results-oriented working style, KPI, and results guide priorities
