Sales Manager, Danish market

To support our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to be part of our growth story in Denmark. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping businesses grow by owning the full B2B sales cycle, contribute to our growth by opening accounts in the Denmark, benefiting from an attractive commission structure and career growth opportunities in B2B Sales & Business Excellence.
What will you be doing?
- Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Business Development: Initiate contact with prospects through calls, LinkedIn, and email.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover customer pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with new clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Account Growth: Continuously work to expand and strengthen your accounts, increasing revenue and ensuring customer success with support from the Customer Success department.
What are we looking for?
- Proven track record of working in B2B sales
- A socially equipped, dynamic team player
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Danish and fluent in English
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
- Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- The ability to build rapport and trust with clients
