As we accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a versatile and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This hybrid role combines performance marketing with ownership of our organic growth across social and video platforms. Your Responsibilities
- Lead Acquisition Strategy (Paid & Organic)
- Design and execute a full-funnel acquisition strategy across both paid and organic channels.
- Own campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube – both paid ads and organic content.
- Channel Management & Optimization
- Manage end-to-end campaign performance: ideation, execution, testing, analysis, and optimization.
- Grow our organic visibility by managing editorial calendars, posting strategy, and community engagement on key channels (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube).
- Creative + Content Collaboration
- Work closely with the design and content teams to develop scroll-stopping visuals, compelling copy, and video creatives that convert – for both ads and organic posts.
- Repurpose campaign assets into organic posts and vice versa to maximize content efficiency.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance KPIs across both paid and organic efforts.
- Share insights and recommendations with leadership to continuously improve ROI and engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with country-specific sales teams to ensure quality lead delivery and feedback loop optimization.
- Stay up to date with emerging tools, trends, and best practices in digital marketing, content, and social algorithms.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B, with proven success in both performance campaigns and organic social media marketing.
- Strong hands-on skills in ad platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite) and organic content strategy (LinkedIn Pages, Meta Pages, YouTube Channel Management).
- Excellent analytical skills—you love dashboards, dig into the "why," and turn insights into action.
- Experience with A/B testing, budget management, and campaign scaling.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and social analytics platforms. Experience of working with Hubspot is a plus.
- A creative thinker who’s excited to test new formats, innovate, and push the boundaries of growth marketing.
