Customer Care - Student Internship

The Customer Care Internship is a customer service-oriented role where you make sure that we offer the best value for top decision-makers as well as the solution providers to utilize our service to the fullest! You keep our customers engaged, respond to their requests, and actively reach out to them to prepare them for their meetings. In simple words, you will be the face/voice of our company when our service is delivered to them!

In this role, you would be working in our Helsinki office.
How will you have an impact?
- Providing customer service on the phone, in virtual meetings, and via email
- Assisting in planning the 'speed date sessions' between decision-makers and solution providers
- Guiding attendees through our virtual platform before and during meetings
- Collecting feedback and delivering services that meet customer needs
- Ensuring that 1-2-1 meetings are delivered in a timely manner
We are looking for a new colleague with:
- Ongoing studies in a relevant field (such as Business Administration, Event Management, Hotel Management, or any other studies are welcome)
- A high-class customer service mindset
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- Professional-level proficiency in English (other European languages like German, French or any Nordic language is a plus)
- Ambition to learn and succeed in your work
- A positive attitude and team spirit!
