Customer Success Manager - Finland
Management Events, a dynamic B2B growth company, is seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to be part of our growth story. About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their success through our services. You'll coach and motivate solution providers to get the most out of our service, ensuring they generate valuable leads and connections through 1-to-1 meetings and invitation-only events. This role is sales-driven, as you'll act as an extension of our sales team, fostering long-term customer relationships and driving repeat business.
Responsibilities:
- Build and grow long-term client relationships with a focus on retention, expansion, and measurable business outcomes
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio sales opportunities
- Stakeholder Management to identify new stakeholders and business opportunities within our active partners
- Act as a strategic growth partner for clients, helping them maximize the value of our services and achieve their business goals through our event platform
- Proactively engage clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve challenges quickly, and uncover new commercial opportunities
- Equip and advise solution providers on how to leverage our network and events to generate leads, build relationships, and strengthen their sales pipeline
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align strategies, share insights, and accelerate revenue growth across accounts
- Effectively communicate our value proposition, ensuring clients understand how our unique event concept drives tangible ROI
- Prioritize activities and manage time efficiently to balance client satisfaction with strategic account growth
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all client interactions, ensuring high-quality service delivery and reporting
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales, account management, customer success or a similar field
- Proven track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and engaging demeanor
- Proficiency in both Finnish and English. Other languages such as Dutch, German, French, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment
