As we continue to scale our global impact, we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is a pivotal role for an experienced designer who thrives in a fast-paced, B2B environment and is passionate about crafting compelling visuals for the European market that elevate brand identity, engage business audiences, and drive measurable results.
Your Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Visual Identity
- Drive the creative direction and continuous evolution of our visual identity across all brand touchpoints—from event experiences to digital advertising, email communications, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Ensure consistency in design across all channels and formats (web, social, email, print, presentations).
Campaign & Content Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, content, event and sales teams to design high-impact creative assets that support paid campaigns, organic content, sales enablement, and executive engagement.
- Translate complex B2B messaging into clear, visually engaging formats that resonate with senior decision-makers and service providers
Project Management & Execution
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery, balancing creativity with deadlines and business priorities.
- Oversee external vendors and freelancers when needed, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
Innovation & Design Excellence
- Push the boundaries of traditional B2B design with fresh concepts, storytelling, and interactive content. Hands-on approach to design, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution.
- Stay on top of industry trends, design tools, and technologies to bring innovation and efficiency to the team.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer in an agency or in-house creative team, with a standout portfolio showcasing work across digital and print media—ideally in an international B2B setting
- Experience designing for digital campaigns (social, display, email), branding, print media and editorial content.
- Strong collaboration skills—able to work seamlessly with different teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge from HTML, video editing or UI/UX knowledge is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, solutions-driven, and confident in taking ownership of creative initiatives from concept to execution.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools, with a sharp eye for detail and a flair for innovation. Experienced in creating customizable templates for cross-functional teams using Canva.
- Fluent in English (our working language), with a globally minded approach to communication and design.
