Are you ready to help us stand out in the race for top B2B sales talent across Europe?
We’re looking for a hands-on Employer Branding Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. You’ll work at the intersection of recruitment, marketing, and business, helping to design and execute employer branding strategies that attract, engage, and retain great people — especially in our core markets across Europe.
This is a high-impact, execution-focused role where you’ll collaborate closely with recruiters, marketers, and leaders to bring our employer brand to life both externally and internally.
What you'll do:
- Partner with recruitment and business teams to understand hiring needs and turn them into targeted branding activities.
- Own and execute campaigns across various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, events, video, content, etc.). – online and offline – we love creative ideas!
- Create tailored approaches for different markets, ensuring messaging and tactics resonate in the Nordics, DACH, France, UK, and Benelux.
- Evaluate performance of employer branding efforts and continuously improve based on data and feedback.
- Bring new ideas to the table on how to support talent attraction, retention, and employee engagement.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition communications, ideally in a B2B or commercial/sales-driven environment.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable branding initiatives.
- Experience in at least one of our core market areas (Nordics, DACH, France, UK, Benelux).
- Strong execution skills – you’re second name is rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.
- Excellent communication skills in English (full professional proficiency is a must).
- Bonus: familiarity with European job platforms, sourcing tools, or employer review sites.
