HubSpot Developer
Key Responsibilities
This role is part of our development team, dedicated to delivering HubSpot-related development, customization, and maintenance activities. The focus is on building and optimizing HubSpot CMS, workflows, CRM configurations, and integrations to support ongoing business and technical needs.
HubSpot Development & Customization:
- Build, customize, and maintain HubSpot CMS templates, themes, and modules using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL.
- Create reusable components and custom modules to enable flexible and scalable page, email template design.
- Maintain and optimize existing HubSpot assets (landing pages, email templates, forms)
Workflow Automation & CRM Configuration:
- Design, build, and maintain HubSpot workflows to automate marketing and sales processes.
- Configure and maintain HubSpot CRM objects (contacts, companies, deals, tickets, custom objects) with strong attention to data structure and relationships.
- Implement lead scoring and automation logic to improve process efficiency.
Data Design & Integrity:
- Design scalable CRM data structures that support business processes and integration requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness across all HubSpot CRM objects.
- Collaborate with the development team to align HubSpot data models with external systems.
Integration & Customization:
- Assist in integrating HubSpot with other systems via APIs and automation platforms, with a focus on n8n.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand process requirements and translate them into HubSpot technical solutions.
- Provide technical support for HubSpot-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior developers, development team lead when necessary.
- Collaborate with our development team to ensure HubSpot integrations and customizations fit seamlessly into the full technology stack.
Preferred Skills
HubSpot Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS Hub, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
- Strong knowledge of HubL templating language and HubSpot Design Manager.
- Proven ability to create reusable templates, components, and custom modules.
Web Development:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
CRM Data & Workflow Automation:
- Strong skills in CRM object configuration and maintenance, including custom object creation.
- Proven ability to create and optimize HubSpot workflows, sequences, and automation logic.
Integrations:
- Experience with n8n for building automation workflows and integrating HubSpot with external systems.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and other automation tools such as Zapier is a plus.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience working with HubSpot CMS, Marketing Hub, and/or Sales Hub.
- Experience designing scalable CRM data models and ensuring data integrity.
- Experience using n8n, or similar integration platform for automation and system integrations.
