We’re looking for a Sales Director to lead our Swedish sales team based in Barcelona. In this role, you’ll not only lead but actively drive sales — selling our services to solution providers in the Swedish market while setting the standard for your team. What You’ll Do
- Drive Swedish market sales growth through your own sales efforts and leadership (division roughly 50/50), leading from the front and closely collaborating with Sales Directors from other markets.
- Open new customers, and further on build strong retention. You drive high performance culture by being an example and active on-the-job coach to the team.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales managers to exceed ambitious targets, track and drive KPI’s.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and customer success teams, bringing insights from the market, customers, and broader economic environment.
- Report to Sales Director Sweden in Stockholm.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in B2B sales leadership role with 5-10 direct reports from BRDs to AE’s, sales focused on the Swedish market. You know how the market functions, how sales work is conducted, and how the B2B environment there works.
- A strong network within technology and consultancy companies; a background in sponsorship sales for large-scale business conferences is a plus
- Strong business acumen with strengths in leading sales process, managing pipeline, accurate forecasting of team results, and reporting sales performance.
- Excellent business level communication skills in Swedish and fluent in English
- Experience with consultative, solution-based sales cycles
