Sales Manager – Nordics
Management Events is the go-to platform for connecting tech companies with top decision-makers to explore potential business collaborations. To support our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking experienced Sales Managers to join our dynamic and rapidly growing B2B organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping businesses grow by owning the entire B2B sales cycle, contribute to our growth by opening accounts in the Nordics and benefiting from an attractive commission structure.
Your mission:
- Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying potential clients to build your pipeline
- Business Development: Initiating contact with prospects through calls, LinkedIn, and email
- Consultative Sales: Conducting in-depth needs assessments to identify customer pain points and present tailored solutions
- Account Management: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with new clients
- Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
About you:
- A proven track record in B2B sales
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
- Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- The ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish with fluency in English
