We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with previous experience as a solution architect or backend engineer to bridge business needs and technical delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with business stakeholders, shaping solutions, and guiding implementation — without needing to code daily.

What You Will Do

• Lead small delivery pods (3–5 engineers), with team composition changing based on project focus.
• Work with business and development teams to clarify requirements and translate them into implementable technical plans.
• Contribute to solution architecture and design decisions, ensuring alignment with our platform and long-term roadmap.
• You will remain deeply involved in technical decision-making : especially around architecture, system design, and evaluating trade-offs across performance, scalability, and cost.
• Partner with engineers to scope, prioritize, and deliver technical initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between business teams and developers — ensuring clarity, alignment, and shared understanding.
• Track project execution, identify roadblocks, and drive resolutions.
• Ensure delivery quality and consistency across teams.
• Support continuous improvement in processes, delivery practices, and documentation.

What You Bring

• Prior hands-on experience as a backend engineer or solution architect (light coding contribution when needed).
• Experience contributing to or guiding architecture/design decisions in production environments, including evaluating trade-offs in performance, complexity, and cost.
• Ability to translate business concepts into practical system designs and implementation steps.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, systems-thinking mindset.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to scope and lead small technical initiatives (3–5 people).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and modern backend technologies.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable handling ambiguity.
• Preferred stacks: AWS, Serverless, Node.js, Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, MariaDB, DynamoDB

Nice to Have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience working in SaaS or platform environments
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in distributed settings
• Exposure to data pipelines, microservices, or workflow systems
